Hello, it’s not very fair to rate 1 star for this BEFORE to have even tried to understand. Many reputable plugins can do the same behaviour as it takes 1 uncompatibility with one of the already installed plugins to create this behaviour. It can also be a setting issue for example if your host run on a too old php version, or other stuff that has nothing to do with the plugin.
The normal process is to try to understand, most will tell to deactivate all plugins and use the default theme to see if this precise plugin is the root cause, then contact the support, and then only you can give a review about how things went.
I edit my message to tell you that I installed it and it didn’t crash, so it’s a problem as described above. When a plugin is new, and have still no reviews, please know that your rating defines the overall rating, and when you see the success and ratings of the other plugins developed by the same team, there is no hesitation.
