avoid conflicts when using this plugin

    The plugin “Disable Styles & Scripts” does not deactivate the plugin itself, so the plugin still can produce database queries. Also the php files of the plugin will be loaded. Normally this will not have such an impact as .css and .js files, but I would not underrate this, bad programmed plugins can produce a lot of unnecessary queries.
