Avoid caching of dynamic shortcodes?

I’ve read the article about using dynamic content with WP Super Cache, however I’m having difficulty in seeing how it translates to shortcodes.

Is there any chance you could give an example of using a shortcode (with attrs) that produces dynamic content with WP Super Cache?

The only thing I can think of that might work is unregistering the shortcode so that it won’t be processed, then hook into wpsc_cachedata, renable the shortcode and run do_shortcode on the $cachedata.
