    Do not use h3 or greater tags.

    That’s unfortunate is not a solution.
    As you know it’s difficult to keep all the content of the article within h1 and h2 tags only.

    Is there any alternative solution, please?

    Navigate to the Table of Contents settings admin page, disable the “Show as Hierarchy” option, and save the change. I believe that too will remove the warning.

    The warning is gone after removing the “Show as Hierarchy” option.

    The issue is resolved.
