    Hi @williamfc05

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I understand from your message that you’ve attempted various solutions from other threads regarding a similar issue, but you’re unable to find the ‘wc-admin-coupon-page-moved’ option in your ‘wp_wc_admin_notes’ table. You’ve also mentioned that in your ‘wp_wc_admin_note_actions’ table, the ‘remove-legacy-coupon-menu’ option is already marked as ‘actioned’.

This issue could be due to several reasons. It’s possible that the ‘wc-admin-coupon-page-moved‘ option may not exist in your current WooCommerce version. Alternatively, it could be a result of a plugin conflict or a database issue. Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue potentially:

    • Ensure you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, please update to the latest version. Outdated versions can often lead to such issues.
    • Try deactivating and reactivating the WooCommerce plugin. This can sometimes reset certain settings and resolve the issue.
    • Find wc-admin-coupon-page-moved in wc_admin_notes, not wc_admin_notes_actions, and change the status from unactioned to actioned.
    • If the problem still persists, consider backing up your site and performing a fresh reinstall of WooCommerce.

Please note that modifying database tables directly can have unintended consequences, so it’s always recommended to have a recent backup before making any changes.

If you continue to experience problems after trying these steps, please share your System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

I hope this helps, and we look forward to assisting you further.

    Thanks!
