Avif support soon?

    Hi would it be possible to add avif support to you plugin. During some test the file size is way smaller and the quality is even better.

    Would be so nice!

    So if browser supports avif, it shows. If not fallback to webp or even the classic jpg.

    Hello,

    yes I plan to create new plugin, or add this feature into this one.

    Images are converted on your server, so you need PHP 8 or 8.1 with AVIF library, and these images will work only on new Chrome and newest Safari and MacOS, so I think there is no rush to do that…

    But yes, I will work on it soon or later ??
