I am very happy with the support it provides.
If there are things that don’t come by default with the plugin they are always very open to give solutions to my problem.
So far so good!

I completely agree. Initially I felt like the support was responsive, but if they decide not to fix something that is a problem, then that says it all. The product does not work properly with WooCommerce Chained Products, which I use on about 40+ items in our catalog.
