Avatars won’t display

Hi… I’ve had a few minor problems with this plugin… Mostly down to my lax installation skills!!! But it’s all up & running now apart from the fact that no avatars show on my comments page after uploading them??? I’ve tried a few times, under various different names… The avatars DO upload because they show up in the plugin admin/manage page, but they don’t show in the comments page???
