Avatar upload failed

  • Hello,
    I’ve added the Avatar Picture field
    Server php max size is 8MB, max file size on form set to 2MB
    File size is 100KB
    Tried Ajax enabled / disabled

    With Ajax get
    test.jpg 0.1MB (spinner) … Failed

    Without Ajax
    – no errors shown avatar still empty

    php shows nothing in error logs

    How should I proceed?
