Avatar upload does not work for months – Bug in the core & bad support

  • Mobile users can not properly upload avatars.

    I’ve reported this issue on core functionality that causes UX problems for every single mobile user.

    The issue was confirmed by the support.

    While the support answers fast they simply do not solve the problem and I do not feel like they take me seriously.

    I’m happy to pay (as I do) for good plugins. However, the minimum expectation is that the support cares about bugs in core functionality.

    This way the plugin is sadly useless.
