    Hello,

When I generate a shortcode, I don’t reduce the avatar sizes. I embed the shortcode into my page via Wpbakery. The the avatar quality looks good not burr. However, when I embed the shortcode into my main widget sidebar and mobile menu nav slide, the quality of the avatars are not good.

    Hi @topsan123,

Could you send link to the page where we can look at this?
Also, please send a screenshot(s) how the issue looks on your side?

    Thanks!

    – For desktop device, please go to https://www.jhaicoffee.la/%e0%bb%80%e0%ba%84%e0%ba%b7%e0%bb%88%e0%ba%ad%e0%ba%87%e0%ba%94%e0%ba%b7%e0%bb%88%e0%ba%a1-%e0%ba%ad%e0%ba%b2%e0%ba%ab%e0%ba%b2%e0%ba%99/. Then scroll down to the bottom. You can see that the avatar quality looks good.

    – For mobile device, please to go https://www.jhaicoffee.la/. Click on the coffee mug icon, you will see the mobile menu slide. There you can compare that the avatar quality is not the same to the one in the page I mention above.

    Hi @topsan123,

    Sorry, can’t reproduce.
Could you send a screenshot of the issue?

    Thanks!

Here you are the screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/woyz113xxxfspgr/Screenshot_20200820_042755.jpg?dl=0.

    There are 2 problems:

    1. The avatars look blurred. However, in the page where I embed this code, the avatars look clear.
    2. User pictures don’t show up here. It shows only avatars. However, in the page where I embed this code, I see user pictures.

By the way, “powered by Google” picture also looks blurred.

    Hi @topsan123,

    1. Actually, I do not see on the screenshot that avatars look blurred. However, how I can get access to the reviews? I go to your site, but can’t do there anything. It just show the main logo and nothing also, sorry, without such access we can’t help.

    2. What you mean by ‘user pictures’? Could you also show it on the screenshot?

    3. I do not see a powered logo, we need a real access to the plugin on your site to investigate the issue.

By the way, are you using the business plugin or free?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1. Sorry, I enable maintenance mode. Now I disable it, you can view my site. You may not see the difference when you see the screenshot. That’s why I give you the links before. However, if you, at least, zoom in the screenshot like this https://www.dropbox.com/s/3d06lbf7iu44gyp/gl3.jpg?dl=0, you will see that it blurred. And if you view my site, you will see this too in my mobile nav menu slide.

    2. Sorry, my English may not be good. User pictures, I mean the pictures of the users of Google accounts who uploaded their pictures, not the default avatars shown by the system (this avatar will show by default when users do not upload their pictures) here is screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/tljl08rs44xmah9/gg1.png?dl=0

    3. Here is the screenshot and explanations. https://www.dropbox.com/s/zsl0aec08715mv0/gl2.jpg?dl=0

    I use free version.

    Hi @topsan123,

Am I correct that it’s about the default Google’s avatar, this one:

    https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-8hepWJzFXpE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/I80WzYfIxCQ/s50-c/114307615494839964028.jpg

    ?

This avatars has 50×50 size and it may blurred if you override the css code and increase the images to 80×80.

If so and I’m right, we can fix it in the next version.

    Thanks!

    – Yes, exactly. However, even though I increase its size, it’s not blurred in desktop at all but blurred in mobile.

    – The other point is that why the profile pictures or user pictures that I mean show up only in desktop but not in mobile? In mobile, I see only Google avatars.

    Hi @topsan123,

About your second question. Could you try disable the Lazy Load Image option in the Advance Options section of your widget (or shortcode) and try it again?

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    Hi @topsan123,

Could you clarify what exactly works and what we need to fix? Because we didn’t resolve these issues in the previous release.

    Thanks!
