Avatar not working anymore

  • Hi, I installed the plugin and was able to get my avatar to show up. I think my client changed the image at some point and now no avatar shows up. I’ve checked all the settings and they seem correct, but I just get a broken image icon instead of the avatar.

    Also, the broken image icon was showing up on both the post excerpt on the “home” page and the full article, but now there’s nothing (not even the broken image icon) on the full article page. The blog is here: https://blog.keepmycontact.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    It seems that gravatar is enabled and client’s email doesn’t have any gravatar. can you please disable gravatar once and check it?

    I tried to select and deselect everything. Nothing worked. I did select images like “mystery man” and that did show up.

    Could it be that they used a different email address for the gravatar? I think they changed the admin email address so could that be the reason that the broken image icon is showing up now?
