Avatar not showing up

I just bought the pro version and don’t seem to be getting a response from support as I expected, so i’m going to try through this forum to get some issues resolved.
I’ve added an Avatar for 2 of my staff members. They don’t show uo anywhere through the booking process. I suspect they should pop up under the “Provider” drop down…but I’m not sure…Anyhow can someone please assist me in getting these to display?
