Avatar not displaying in user profile,

    I’m using the basic get_avatar() function in my theme which does display the gravatar. When I upload an image, it does not show on my profile nor where I have indicated get_avatar(). I thought maybe it was a filesize issue so I made a smaller one. However, no luck.

    Is there a server setting to be aware of?

    I tried it on a different (not local) install and it worked, but I’m not full of confidence here.

    There are over 4,000 people actively using the plugin, so it does works. Now with that said, that doesn’t mean its perfect on all environments or server setups.

    I haven’t been able to get people to provide me enough details or debugging help to track down any of the issues that arise occasionally. I personally have used it on most normal shared and LAMP setups (GoDaddy, WP managed hosts, yada yada) without any issue.

    Thanks Jared,

    I am now using a wpengine hosting setup.

    One odd thing I’m noticing, is that an avatar I upload for myself is repeating for some of the other users.
