Avatar issue: the PNG show loading in loop

At https://www.marcoborla.it/guestbook-mb/ if you scroll down into message you will see one post and reply from STaff MB. The avatar is showed but lazy load continue to show the loading simbol. Can you fix?
I AM using Comment Guestbook plug in and Avatar Manager plug in
