Make sure it’s not one of the plugins you’re using or the theme you mentioned, please open a support thread using our support forum.

This is caused by your theme’s CSS not being specific enough. It makes all Gravatar images absolute positioned, best to get in touch with the theme author so he/she can fix this.

Till then, you can use this CSS to override it:
