Avatar image size & format

    I’m trying to upload an Avatar image but keep receiving the following message:

    “It is recommended to upload a new image to have the module image sizes.”

    The image uploads okay, it appears on the place of the Avatar, but doesn’t show on the page (broken image).

    Any hints?
    Any exact size/format needed?

  • Hi Dharmalog,

    What kind of format are you using? Don’t think I have any limitations. I do add the files to the WP media library first.

    Not sure why Linky didn’t answer your question yet but hope he does so soon.
