I think the “topic” says it all! When I make edits to a user page via the regular WP user admin, the avatar image gets lost. Any suggestions? I found reference to another user reporting the same error 23 months ago… but the response is that the topic was closed as the problem was resolved via a Molongui support ticket.

    Hi @intelliga,

Could you please go to: Authors > Help! screen and scroll down the page until the bottom. There you will see a panel named “System Status Report“. Please click on the button labeled “Send Report“. We will get an email with some info about your installation that will help us troubleshoot the issue you are reporting.

I’ve tried submitting yesterday and again this evening… I’m getting this error when I try to submit a System Status Report:

    Ooops… error!
Something went wrong… please, try again later.
If the problem persists, contact Molongui.

The “Query Monitor” plugin shows “Ajax: deprecated Ajax: warning” when I try to submit the System Status Report, if that helps…?

Which version of the plugin are you running? Is the avatar you upload with our plugin the one that gets removed?
