Avatar function has hard-coded values

    I was implementing a site using this plugin this evening and found that the generated avatar HTML is inconsistent, sometimes fails to respect the size parameter and has no CSS class. I’ve patched the function, I can send you the patch file or you can view it here.

    Hi Chris, thanks for the heads up. The next version/update of this plugin will have many CSS classes to deal with formatting and pre-programmed “templates” for displaying the author profile picture.
