Avatar before username

Hello
I wonder if there is an option to hide Avatar before username.
or to custom it . For example :

Put it before/after username
Hide/show it
resize it (14×14 very small Fo me )
change border height
…

Because it not look good like this . Border too fat. Icon too small . So become useless for people like Me with glasses and maybe (surely?? lol) old age ahahaha :'(
