    Hi,
    I have this issue that although according to my booking rules there are times available, on the front-end they are either not offered or appear in grey (the user can see them, but they are not green).
    In the back-end calendar it is displayed as if a few holiday hours have been added to the date, while in fact there aren’t any holiday rules for that specific date…
    Any ideas?

    did you blocked some hours from the back-end calendar?

    Yes, I use holiday rules for just certain hours, not full days.

    I have no idea, what happened, but suddenly it started working. ??
    I checked it yesterday the last, it was still faulty, now it went back to working fine… Maybe we just had to talk about it ?? ??

    So, it happened again.
    I set a holiday booking rule, and then suddenly some of my days started to show false availabilities.

    For example, on 28 May from 13:00-20:00 all the times should be available.
    There is no holiday rule set for that day.

    I have the same issue. When trying to select the date, the calendar appears green (available) and instantly turns all the dates red with the current date blue. It is not possible to select a date other than today. When trying to select a different time, nothing appears for options when clicking hour.

    I also have holiday rules programmed, however, not for the days in which I am trying to book. If I remove them all, will the booking system work again?

    **Just as a follow-up, I removed all the holiday rules and the booking calendar still does not work.**
    I do have rules for the days and times people work. Could that be an issue? I thought service hours could be different for each person.

    Hello,
    I cleared cache and deactivated all other plugins. The booking still did not work. I brought back the other plugins and now have lost contact form feedback from the last year. I need the booking system to work.

    How do I reach out to someone to pay them to fix this problem? I had to restore my site from a backup just to get contact forms and feedback. How do I get help for my issue?
