Available time for booking is not displayed correctly

    The available time is not displayed correctly on the booking form. For example, it’s 14:45. According to the rules, the nearest available time should be 16:00. A form displays available time less than the current. Moreover, in this example, the period of time available for booking starts at 12:00. The site settings indicate the correct current time UTC+5. I have not found the current time zone in the plugin settings.
    Please tell me how to fix the problem?
