Available statistics for free customers

    In MailPoet I wish to see statistics for e-mails sent to my readers. All I can see is the number of e-mails send. According to the statistics, none have been opened. And I definitely don’t have any detailed statistics shown underneath.

    Do only premium members get to see the statistics?

  • Hi @jocelynvlaar,

    Only Premium users are able to see the detailed statistics for each sent newsletter. However, free users should be able to see the overall numbers for clicked/opened rates.

    If you can’t see anything, please make sure the “Open and click tracking” feature is enabled in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab.
