Available payment methods based on total price

Hi,

Is it possible to show specific payment methods based on the total price?

For Example. If total price is more than 30 euro, then user can pay with any chosen payment method.
If total price is lower than 30 euro, the customer can only pay by cash.

I tried to look this up, but could not find any solution and I am quite new to woocommerce.
