available and unavailable stock instead of dates? please help

Hi All,
my form is used to order a product, but once the form has been submitted I want the form to be unavailable to send again to anyone until new stock is in of that product. we only have one product at a time and need a way for the form to be disabled or hidden when completed and then a way for me to re-enable it.
Similar to available/unavailable dates, but with stock instead of dates.
