Availability Unknown

  • All of the products are saying “unknown availability” and they are all red at the top of the image rather than some green and some red. What is happening???

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.

    Yes, we’re aware of this issue. It’s API problem that affects this info badly. AliExpress has changed their system recently again and we’re trying to adapt that.

    You can still import product with shipping, but please don’t update them just yet. Since the shipping info would be incorrect. And also please fulfill order manually as well.

    This might take us a few more days to fix that. When it’s done, I’ll keep you updated.
