We recently set up a client site from an export given to us by their previous agency. After the restore everything seems to be working correctly as far as the bookings and the integration to WooCommerce; however, when the client attempts to run the availability report it just spins with a 403 error showing up in the console log. The license came over with the transfer and the old site has been taken down. Do you have any idea as to why we wouldn’t be able to run the availability report?

    Hello,

Do you still use Availability Check or you updated to the PRO version?
Is there anything more in the console?

    Regards,
    Natasha

They are using Availability Check (Version 1.7.0 w/ a valid license) and Easy Booking (Version 3.0.3). The strange thing is that this was working perfectly on the server we took the export from.

This is the console error that comes up as soon as we attempt to run the availability report.

    Hello,

I encourage you to migrate to the PRO version (it’s the same and free). This issue is fixed in it and Availability Check is no longer updated. You’ll find everything you need to know on this page ??

    Regards,
    Natasha

We did discover this particular issue was because of the server configuration from the migration; however, we definitely will keep the PRO version in mind.

    Thank you for your help!
