Avada Theme WordPress 3.8 does not work with Nextgen Gallery

  • I am new to WP so please bear with me.

    I have started testing WP about 1 month ago. Everything is working well and I have downloaded the Free version of the Nextgen Gallery everything is working well.

    Then couple of weeks ago WP update to 3.8 which I did then the Nextgen Gallery stop working. The Gallery is still there, I can upload file no problem but once I inserted the gallery into the page there is only a thumbnail and no gallery anymore. Please see link here:

    I have then upgraded to the pro version and hoping that will work. But that obviously does not change anything.

  • The problem is not the template but the browser I’m using the same template, you’re probably using chrome or firefox, firefox the only version that works is at 24, she had no other.

    @myfdd – We are starting to see issues with the Avada theme not handling NextGEN Gallery very well recently.

    If you would like to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) we will try to help you get it sorted out.

    We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report, too.
