Avada Theme Site Loading Speed

  • My client’s website has this spinning circle when it loads. I added a cache plugin and optimized the images but the header images still have this annoying circle when the pages load. Please help!

    Also changes I made to the sticky header do not appear on the live site.

    Sorry, but as you’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Yes I’m using the Avada Classic theme. This is a website redesign project. I did not do the original design so I don’t have the verification code to get support. My client is an older woman and can’t find the info either. That’s why I came here.
