    Hi,

    I am using Avada theme with both free and Pro version of search plugin (different sites).
    Avada includes special menu item “Search” that creates search form. This item is very flexible in the way of styling and appearance.

    Is there a plan to support this element in Advanced Woo Search? I tried to turn on “Seamless Integration”. It does not work with this element.

    Thanks,
    Rudolf

    Hi,

    I just check the “Seamless Integration” plugin option with avada builder menu element and I see that its working fine and replace all avada search forms with the plugin ones.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest plugin version. Also – if you are using any caching plugins – please clear their cache.

    Hi,

    Thanks for replying.
    It looks like my staging provider (Wp Stage Coach) is causing some issues.
    I just tried to do a test on another (real) site and it looks fine.

    I will be transferring changes from staging site to real one in the next day or two, so will know for sure if it is a staging site setup.

    Hi,

    I certainly have site where “seamless integration” is not working with Avada.

    You can try to search by “S230” or “crocodile”

    “Seamless integration” is on. All caches are currently turned off on the site.

    Please tell me what plugin version number you are currently using?

    Also – tell me how you add that search form to the header. Is that standard Avada option or you are using some page builder for this?

    Hi,

    Plugin is version 2.44

    Search form is added to the header using Avada built-in builder (fusion Builder).
    It is an Fusion Builder block called “Search”

    Desktop version of site contains this search element.

    Mobile version of the header use search element that Avada adds to menu. AWS seem to work with those, although there are also some problems, but mainly visual. I will try and fix those with CSS

    Hi,

    On my site, AWS is working in mobile and table screens, as it is displayed via menu item, not fusion search block.

    I did more work and also found another small issue.

    I have “Search” as an icon. Upon clicking on icon, search form appears, but, once search form is open, it can not be closed. Should really close when it loses focus

    I want I see the close button here. It’s just badly visible. Try to use following styles to make it look better:

    .fusion-overlay-search .fusion-close-search {
    position: absolute;
    z-index: 9999;
    right: 100%;
    }
