Avada Theme – Post List – None Showing

    Any known issues with the Avada theme?
    Page list shows in the drop down menu but no posts.

    HFCM -> Add new snippet -> Specific posts -> click on post lists = none

    Any suggestions on a solution?

    Hi @orlandosydneyphotographer – We tested HFCM with the Avada theme it worked fine for us.

    Can you set up an admin-level user for us to check your site? You can use this email – [email protected] – for the account. You can delete it after we investigate and find a resolution to this issue.

    Thanks for the offer but that sounds a little OTT. If I can help resolve in another way, let me know. Otherwise issue remains.

    Since we have:

    1) Tested it with a clean copy of Avada
    2) have no other reported cases of this issue out of almost 350,000 active sites using this plugin of which I’m sure there are many using Avada as it’s popular

    We can only assume this is related to either a conflict with third party plugins or customized code (theme or other).

    Without being able to see it, there’s no other possible way to help us troubleshoot even though we’re willing to do so.
