Avada Theme: how to add a second footer section ?

Hello,

I would like to know if it’s possible to add a second footer above the existing one.

Avada has just the bottom footer (copyright) and the footer (widget).

I need to create a footer above theese 2, where i want to set a full screen size bar with some Tabs with Toggles inside. Used for help user to shopping in my site (how to buy, accounts, transports, warranty, etc.).

I use woocommerce plugin without any addon.

I need this because i can’t create this bar in Categories Page but only in Posts or Pages like Main Shop and Single Product pages.

My shop has:
– the main page with 2 product category listed (New) e (Used).
– each category has a sub-category
– each sub-category has a products category grid
finally when you select a single the product from the grid you enter in its page.

I can set this help.bar (container-column) just in main shop page and in single product page but I want this help.bar to be also visible in all categories pages.

So i think the best way is to add a second footer section.

I found theese topics, Topic 1 – Topic 2 but i don’t know if i can use to build in avada.
