I have seen this error on several sites here that have conflicts with Avada theme. The is the recommended events plugin, but it looks like updates to one or the otehr are in conflict. I can’t get older version of plugin, so would love some advice. See teh Dropdown for date picker

  • Hey @purpledog

    Thank you for reaching out.
Yikes! I will definitely rope in the good folks from Theme Fusion on this one.

As a first step, I would recommend heading over to Global options > Performance in Avada and turning off the Combine Third Party CSS file option https://i.imgur.com/g7jcmWY.png

You might also want to check on the Avada patcher as they recently released a fix for a few compatibility issues

If none of this works, you should be able to access an older version of the plugin using this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/accessing-older-plugin-versions/

Let us know how that goes

Thank you for reply. That setting was already off. I cannot get older versions of plui=gin. Have decided to switch themes

    Hey @purpledog

Thank you so much for replying.
I am sorry to see that this did not work for you.

With that in mind, 2 things:

    1. You should be able to access older versions of The Events Calendar here
    2. I am pretty sure Theme Fusion (Avada) is interested in fixing any glitch there might be. In fact, I was just told they are about to release a new patch.

    Cheers,
    Geoff
