Avada Header & Z-Index for Tooltip

    Hi guys,
    can’t get the tooltip to work with Avada Theme Header. Tooltips disappear underneath the header. Thought I could solve it by adjusting z-index in CSS, but that doesn’t seem to work. Only way to fo fix tooltip hovering is to set Avada Header below 10 (normally is 10020). That is not an option though, as it breaks other Avada layout settings. Could not figure out why setting .glossary-tooltip-content {z-index:10020;} did not do the trick. Something else is interfering here and I am giving up. Any ideas, anyone?

    it is probably something with z-index as you saying and maybe also with overflow.
    Something that happen often with visual composer/page builder.
    I think that you can try with the css rule that we suggest for this cases https://codeat.co/glossary/docs/support-for-visual-composer/
    In case this not work for you, can you share to us the link of the page so we can see the problem specifically?

    Hi Daniele,
    thanks for your feedback. Avada uses fusion builder as the visual composer. It’s one of the more popular themes on themeforest.

    I’m surprised the issue hasn’t yet come up. I’m sorry I can’t provide a link to the site in question right now, but you could have a peek at the demo theme site here:

    without an access is difficult to define what is the problem, usually visual composer/page builder doesn’t follow the wordpress system.
    As example don’t execute our plugin or our plugin cannot identify the real content because they are using a different way to print that.
    In the PRO version we support better them with shortcode to force the parsing of specific content like https://codeat.co/glossary/docs/parse-the-content-that-you-want/
    Without an access to the actual situation for us is impossible to see if it is a conflict of plugins or setting as example.
