    hi,

    just a heads up. there seems to be a conflict with avada latest build 7.0.2 on all my sites. an internal 500 error occurs when attempting to open avada live build. the only fixes are:

    1. deactivating avada builder and reactivating it and then it only open live builder once and then crashes again.
    2. deactivating wordfence which seems to be a permanent fix.

    i have tried several things prior to deactivating wordfence i.e. changing firewall to learning mode, switching off firewall, etc, but to no avail.

    i have had too deactivate wordfence on all my sites so kindly let me know if there is a fix to this or if this is an avada issue?

    Hello @bricmor and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Are you seeing any blocks related to Avada in Tools > Live Traffic? If so, you could whitelist it directly from here. What is strange here is the 500 error. It makes it seem like something is blocking a server connection.

    Previous to the update for Avada, was everything working correctly? You might have to reach out to Avada and ask what might have changed or what we can do to resolve it.

    hi there,

    live traffic is blank and nothing related to avada. the weird thing is it works with all in one security, but same issue with ithemes. i prefer wordfence to the others so will reach out to avada and ask them if it’s an issue on their side.

    i don’t remember ever having an issue like this prior to new update. i think it’s since their live page builds as this is what seems to be blocking.

    If you arent seeing the block in Live Traffic and Learning Mode didn’t have any effect, then this could be a possible plugin conflict with Avada. I would reach out to their support to see if this is a common issue since the update.

    Also, if there is anything they suggest for us to do, I will help you with it.

    Ciao anch’io ho le stesso problema con l’ultlima versione di Wordfence che va in conflitto con Avada e non mi fa utilizzare il builder. Prima non c’erano problemi. Avete per caso trovato un modo per risolverlo? Grazie.
