Autowithdrawal Skips Certain Orders

Hello,
I found that the auto withdrawal is skipping certain orders and it is not generating the withdrawal request.
I dont understand if there is any issue in the setting or the delay happens and the order gets overridden or something.
I see the withdrawal request for some, however few orders doesnt come in the picture at all.
Is there a way you could help me understand whats hapenning with my site?
