Right now i am developing a cricket website, where i will post players profile with stats. i know i can create player stats table with tablepress from wikipedia but i would like to know that how i can use this plugin to update those tables automatically the stats when any changes made on specific wikipedia player page?

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This depends on how the tables are stored on Wikipedia. If they are regular HTML tables (in rectangular form, without any combined cells), using the HTML import might work. There’s however no guarantee that this will always work, as it would be totally dependent on Wikipedia.

    Hi,

not directly. It would be updated following a certain time schedule, regardless of whether changes were made in the table on Wikipedia.
The best way to find out if this fits your needs would be to simply try the Extension, I’d say ??

    Regards,
    Tobias
