    i posted the compressed css code as you recommended into the online entry box

    what online entry box are you referring to there @elikaassociates?

    based on what I see on your site now, you have “inline and defer” on, but without critical (above the fold) css being defined. the result is you’ll see your site briefly without CSS applied until the deferred stylesheets kick in. to fix that, you could simply de-activate “inline & defer” or you could try to add the above-the-fold CSS again.
