Autosuggest not working

Hello, we are looking into migrating to Cloudways to be able to use ElasticSearch, we’re testing the service and the features, it seems quite fast and the search results are relevant, that’s great. However, one feature that doesn’t seem to be working is the Autosuggest, although it is enabled, we’ve added the search bar selector too and that didn’t work, we checked the console for errors and nothing, and the network tab doesn’t show any hits to /autosuggest (following this troubleshoot: https://elasticpress.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051401252-My-Autosuggest-does-not-return-any-results)

Any thoughts? What else could we test?
