• Hi www.remarpro.comers
Im building an Autoship site for a client, using woocomerce however woocommerce subscriptions only allows 1 subscription per transaction which the client isn’t happy with. I know Paypal recurring payments is an option but we need to sell once off items as well as subscriptions and I’m not sure how it integrates with woocommerce checkout and store. All advice and guidance greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Montandi,

We’ve created an Auto-Ship solution for WooCommerce. Here’s a link to the demo and YouTube video. Message me if you’d like to know more.

Note on Paypal – unless you ask customers to approve each recurring order (manually), there’s not going to be a nice way to setup recurring Auto-Ship orders with Paypal account payments. Subscriptions should only be used when the recurring order and amount doesn’t change – like a Netflix subscription.

    Hi

This plugin looks, from first glance, to be perfect for my needs.

@patterns I am a little unclear about what you mean in the last post. Could you elaborate?

    Thanks in advance.

Good news – our plugin for WooCommerce Autoship is officially available:

    WooAutoship.com

Also, we partnered with PayPal to create an integration that enables autoship payments via PayPal account without having to approve each payment. Instead, only the first payment needs to be approved. This process is called a “Billing Agreement” and is a feature that can be enabled on your PayPal business account.

Other payment gateways available are Payflow Pro, Braintree and Authorize.net. We also have a documented API so that developers can create their own payment integrations.

I’m subscribed to this forum if you have any questions.

I have a woocommerce site and have native mobile apps using the woocommerce APIs.
If I integrate WooAutoship, can I get the required APIs so that I could integrate the same into my mobile app as well?

    Hi avneetsingh,

Woo Autoship generates orders for WooCommerce, so if you are integrating WooCommerce orders into your apps, then you will see the resulting orders created by Autoship.

The only API specific to Woo Autoship is the payment gateway API as Autoship transactions need automated recurring billing.

The UI created by Woo Autoship Pages would only be able to be displayed on a website as there is no other API for Woo Autoship. In WordPress they are displayed via shortcodes (just like WooCommerce).
