Autosend Invoice with Pay Link after a Failed/Declined Payment

Hi,
Sometimes clients do not complete payment. They find out they don’t have their card within reach, or their credit card payment is declined (happens a lot with expensive goods).
Result: WooCommerce just cancels the entire order. Status changed from ‘Pending Payment’ to ‘Cancelled‘. End of story.
Which kinda sucks, as the guest visitor has to re-do the entire checkout later again. They have to add products again, fill in their address information again. A lot of hurdles which results in clients not purchasing.
Is it possible to set ‘Cancelled’ orders back to ‘Pending Payment’ and let WooCommerce send an invoice with the pay link to the client? This is easier for the client, and will save sales!
P.s. I know this is already possible by doing it manually, but allowing WC to do this automatically would be even better to save saves ASAP!
