Autosend Certificate of Completion

I’m looking for a solution that will allow me to autosend a pdf of a certificate of completion after someone completes a quiz on my site. I have already created a pdf of the certificate and I would just want something that automatically puts the users name and date of completion on the certificate. I am open to ANY solutions out there (be it a plugin, another site that I can link to/embed, etc, etc.) that can do this automatically.

My process now is that once someone completes a quiz, I have to manually email them a certificate and it just seems like there would have to be a better way out there.
