Autoscan ManualScan Buttons not appearing after confirm can name

I’ve seen screen shots that show autoscan and manual scan buttons to start the scan after you have confiemd the Scan Name. Therefore I cannot start a scan. I get this both on my production Ubuntu/Bitnami LAMP installation or my development envinonment Mac OSx 10.10 Yosemite/Bitnami MAMP. Ia am using the Monstroid theme based on framework CherryFrameworks4. I have run it successfully on development previously. Maybe theres a plugin conflict? But i have disabled all but essential plugins? Please if anyone has any ideas let me know cause my site load time is really slow and I’m pretty convinced is principally due to one or more slow loading plugin.? Everything is latest version: WordPress, theme, framework, plugins etc
