Autosave problems – Page Not Found errors

    Hi.

    I have been updating pages over the last twelve hours. For some reason, any of the pages I updated are now giving errors of page not found. When you hover over the link for those specific pages from the menu, you can see the correct URL but when you click on it, you get an error.

    Here is an example:
    https://scrapbookexpo.com/2015-show-list/oh15

    converts to:
    https://scrapbookexpo.com/blog/48821-autosave-v1/

    We do have permalinks setup (not new) for the blog posts to be placed in the /blog/ directory but this would be for posts not pages and these pages are not new just updated.

    We are running 4.2.2 with the Flatsome theme

    Can anyone help with this?

  • Hi, I have the same problem and just found the solution on another post: if you have Yoast SEO Premium, you’ll probably find a redirect to the autosave page. Just delete the redirect and it should work (it did resolve my redirect to the autosave page problem)
