Autoresponder for new users does not work

  • To whom it may concern:
    I configure WP Email Users to send automatic email for new registered users. However, when Ic checked the “Sent mails” option, several registers appears as Failed and the From Name and From email appears in blank when I previously configure and use correctly the SMTP Configuration.
    I hopw you can help me.
