Autoresponder emails aren’t being received by everyone

    Hi there,

    We are using an autoresponder to those who sign up (“Welcome to the website blah blah”) and at the moment only some people are receiving the email. Some Gmail accounts get it, some don’t. Some emails ending in .com.cy are getting it, and others aren’t. There is no consistency in who gets it and who doesn’t.

    Any and all help would be appreciated.

    This issue is in our notice and we are working on it. The fix for this will be included in one of our upcoming versions soon. Thank you for reporting it.

    Thank you very much for getting back to me, could you let me know when this is released? We have implemented a work around but it is way less than perfect.

    After some further investigation, we found that the issue you are reporting might not be related to the one that we are working on. But, our team will be analyzing this further for you to check for the underlying problem.
