    @hydn it won’t as it has been tested with Autoptimize numerous times. Just make sure you don’t activate “Combine loaded CSS into one file” from Asset CleanUp if you decide to use Autoptimize’s Optimise CSS feature because it will end in two large combined CSS files, thus decreasing the page speed.
