• Autoptimize v2.4.4 seems to not be compatible on WP5 with Divi theme and Divi Builder. It stops the Divi builder from loading. Since WP5 and the Gutenberg editor, the Divi visual builder is the only way to edit pages.

    The current workaround is to disable Autoptimize, make edits and then re-enable.

    Can you try unticking the “also optimize for logged in users” @aglyons ?

    tried that. made no difference.

    I should add. This behavior only started following the last Divi update to support WP5.

    It’s their latest editor version.

    but if “also optimize for logged on users” is not ticked, AO is not active when using the Divi builder, so that would mean the issue is not due to AO, no?

    That would make sense however, disabling autoptimize allows the Divi builder to load properly.

    Weird ..

    so when AO is active and “also optimized for logged on users” is false;
    * what JS errors do you get on the browser console?
    * when you view the HTML source of that page, do you see Autoptimize mentioned?
