After installing and configuring Autoptimizer, pages load much faster. The only problem I have found so far is the WF Live Traffic screen. I think a few controls are missing above the traffic, and for each traffic, it is not showing the server response, nor the ‘eye’ that allows you to open or close the item.

I was hoping you could tell me what php or css file this might involve, so I can exclude it from “optimizing”.

    Thanks

EDIT – correction – I deactivated Autoptimizer and it didn’t fix the issue. Could it be WordPress 5.3?

    Hi @jwmc

This could be your theme or another plugin loading JavaScript on our admin pages creating a conflict.

Can you run through our JavaScript troubleshooting guide below:

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console

When you have the Console tab open and you see any errors can you take a screenshot of the error and provide a link to an image sharing service here. Instructions for taking a screenshot are further down the page if you don’t know how to do that.

Also open the Network tab. Reload the page. If you click on the top of the Status column you can group by response status code. If you see any response code other than 200 or 304 can you take a screenshot and provide a link to an image sharing service here.

Thank you @wphil. Strangely it rectified itself. If it happens again I’ll come back to these steps.
