Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache & WP-Optimize

I would advise Autoptimize + one plugin that can do page caching. So either W3TC or WP Optimize would work, but make sure no CSS/ JS options are active in there to avoid a potential conflict with AO. Alternatively you could also use other page cache plugins such as KeyCDN Cache Enabler or WP Super Cache or Speed Booster Pack.
